Michael Caskey
Michael Caskey is the solo practitioner at Caskey Legal, PLLC. He has been licensed to practice in Tennessee since 2020. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for a family law firm in Knoxville, Tennessee, and as a clerk for the Tennessee Court of Appeals, while acting as a staff editor for the Tennessee Law Review. During his last year in law school he worked in the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division.
Since graduation, Michael has practiced a wide range of civil litigation, including family law, orders of protection, contract disputes, business formation and litigation, and more.
